I realize that this cardigan isn't exactly scarlet in color, but it is wholly representative of me breaking my shopping ban. I got it back in January, and I've already unashamedly incorporated it into my wardrobe. At the same time, though, I feel a little guilty when I put it on. Go me for making it a total of two weeks before breaking down and buying a cheap cardigan, right? I think it's made me even more determined to find ways to wear it, so don't be surprised if you see it more often than other cardigans in my closet. I freely admit that I had a moment of weakness and I blatantly broke the rules, but let's just all agree to move on from this and pretend it's not a big deal.
Also, I'm being featured on Long Live Classy's Featured Blogger series. It's her last one, so I totally feel special!

Love the cardigan. I think it was a great buy!
I would have TOTALLY gave in and bought that cardigan had I been on a shopping ban...it's a perfect color and for $5 you seriously can't beat that price!! I can't wait to see how else you wear it :)

I think it was a good buy. Hello, my name is Hannah, and I am an enabler.
It's so hard to pass up a cheap cardigan! As long as you know that you broke the rules and you try not to do it again, we'll forgive you. Just kidding. We already do :P

I know we are not helping you in your resolve but I would have bought that cardigan too. Steal of a deal:-)
So funny! I'm glad that you ladies seem to be understanding of my moment of weakness. :)
haha! Thanks, Kate! I will try my hardest not to disappoint you guys again. ;)
Hellooooo, Hannaaaaaaaaahhh. (typed in sing-song voice...I had to elongate the vowels!)
I'm very susceptible to enablers...so...stick around for a while. ha!
It's a great cardigan, too! It's so soft and warm! $5 just sealed its fate... I have a feeling you'll see it often enough to justify it!
I think it was a necessary purchase, right? :)
