I can't believe that this cardigan has been hanging in my closet since this summer...and I've barely worn it! I'm not trying to make excuses or anything, but black and white items are my comfort zone--they're a perfect foundation for any outfit! However, I get very intimidated by it because I'm always trying to wear it new ways. At some point, I've just got to get over it and wear it, am I right?

I'm wearing black and white today too! But unlike you, I didn't jazz it up with pattern mixing or a bright pop of color. This outfit is a total win.

Thank you for this style inspiration! I have a similar cardigan (beige with black polka dots) that I can never bring myself to wear. Every time I put it on, I take it off right before I leave the house! It just feels like too much. I'll try it with black and ONE pop of color, and see how that works.
I'm the same way. I also go through phases where I wear the same ten items over and over again like they're the only ones in my closet, and it's like, "Oh yeah, I do actually have other clothes." I need the weather to get warmer. My wardrobe is so limited during winter.

I'm trying to wear everything in my closet as well - it can be hard! I often go in phases with my clothes where I'll latch onto a few favorite pieces and cycle them for a few weeks, while forgetting about everything else in my closet. I'm trying so hard not to do that right now, ha!

I love this! I'm working on wearing everything in my closet. I've still got some way to go; it's only making me TRULY realize how I really don't need anything new.. and how many shopping mistakes I've made. I like that you bit the bullet and wore this cardigan-- it's too cute not to!

I do the exact same thing. I wear a piece of clothing and piece together multiple ways to wear it...and then I wear it until I run out of ideas! I need to think of some better ways to break out this cardigan. :)
