Dotted Tees and Crossed Eyes

What I  Wore:
Skirt: Target - $12
Shoes: Endless - $20
Earrings: Claire's circa 1998...
Belt: J. Crew - $7
Tank: Old Navy - $5
Cardigan: LOFT - $20
Necklace: Target - $5
Bags under my eyes: c/o first week of school

The title was clever, right? If it isn't and I'm just deliriously laughing at my own puns, I blame it on TFS (Teacher Fatigue Syndrome). It's a real diagnosable illness. Ask any teacher, they'll tell you. Don't be afraid to ask them in person, though...FTS is not contagious.

This week was amazing--I love my kids this year (and I'm not just saying that--they're great!), but as soon as I get home from my work out and take a shower, I go to sleep. After pilates yesterday, I seriously fell asleep by 8:30 PM. I think part of this was because I had cheer camp last weekend, so I haven't had a break in twelve days. I'm so tired, guys.

And...our grad classes start next week.
Not complaining.
Just saying that Fins and I are going to sleep in like crazy this weekend.
See you Monday.
XO,

I love this title! I was hysterically laughing. And I believe you, working at a college, I think it's more "Student Fatigue Sydrome" (I don't teach but certainly work with college students!). They are great, but I to fall asleep by 8:30!

Good luck sleeping this weekend! You'll be great in school!

Try and get some rest! I know I will be feeling the same way soon enough! I love green and blue together!

crossed eyes? that's my department! haha....seriously though, I think we're having a mind meld moment because I am wearing essentially the same color scheme today...naval inspired stripes with blue, green and white!

Sounds like things are definitely getting busy! But you look amazing while doing it. This outfit is wonderful. I love that blue pencil skirt and the striped flats are perfect with it!

First few weeks back is always EXHAUSTING! Enjoy sleeping in! This outfit is adorable. You've always had great outfits, but I feel like the ones in the last week or so have been on fire. Was thinking of you this morning--I'm in the south visiting my best friends from high school in Savannah and went for my first humidity run in years! :)

Yes, TFS is a real illness for sure! I was in my pjs by 5:30 today and could go to bed right now. So glad your classes are going well! I love my students this semester too--great when it works out like that ;) Have a great weekend!

Oh man, it is so exhausting! But I'm LOVING it!
And thank you! Someone else pointed this out on my last post--and I replied that I think that I now have more clothes to work with in my closet because I lost a little bit of that extra weight I've been carrying for a while. ha!

Oh so busy...but what's new, right? :)

Thank you, Ruby! Thankfully there are no close-ups of my face this week...you'd really see how tired I am! haha!

Thankfully, I pulled out all of my first week outfits before I got too tired to put anything together--haha!

LOVE that, O! Miss you and hope TX is treating you well!

I'm glad someone noticed--I worried it would be too matchy-matchy, but I really liked the dots and stripes together!
Thanks, Heidi! Definitely feeling recharged and ready to go!
