What I Wore:
Chevron Rings: Target - $8 (pack of 3)
Tank: Target - $15
Shoes: Target - $8
Shirt: Target - $10
Earrings: Target - $8
Belt: from the depths of my closet. no idea how it got there.
(but judging from everything else, it's probably from Target, too)
Nails: Ew. Sorry.
I. Can't. Get. Enough.
This top, however, is different (a la cerulean belt from The Devil Wears Prada) from the other black and white tops in my closet, and I'm already imagining it with my pencil skirts or with jeans and a long cardigan.I think it's okay to stick with what you know--buy a hundred black and white tops if you want, but appreciate the slight variations and versatility of each.
What's that? A hundred might be a bit much?
Don't judge me.
PS: After counting, I actually have seven black and white tanks/tops. However, if I counted the number of solid black or solid white tops...Let's just say I refuse to do so.

I love your outfit! The top is very classic, and I adore those rings...I think I might be headed to Target this weekend!
I love the print of that top! And of course, I'm super jealous of your adorable chevron rings!
I have long been a fan of this color combination, one that looks good on most ladies but looks GREAT on you! Target is a life saver!
I love Audrey Hepburn. She was such a classy lady.
I love the black & white with the teal. (Of course, I would. lol Anything with teal/turquoise is always a winner in my book.)
On another note, you are looking tiny, girl! And not that you were ever big... but you're just looking really small! Running must be paying off in the toning/getting fit department!
Love that top! You rock!

Black and white is a really effortless combination - I agree! And it really lets that pretty skirt stand out. Adore this outfit! It's one of my favorites! I'm pining it for inspiration later.

Black and white are staples. I like the way you describe your black and white addiction
I'm a huge Audrey fan, too! ...I named my DOG Audrey Hepburn!
Cute top! I like the bangs briad.
I have this skirt but have never dressed it up as much as you did here. I love it and will have to give it a try! Funny about your black/white obsession. I can never stop myself from a new white tee or black tee...options of that basic are just too good to pass up! :)

Love this. I can totally see that "audrey" vibe. That color skirt reminds me of the similar lines she wore in Roman Holiday. And those colors are very similar to what she'd wear in "Funny Face!" Way to go!

I love your analysis! I dressed like her even more subliminally than I thought! :)
I am a big fan of Roman Holiday and the lines and style!
That is TOO cute! I love it!
I agree with you about the staples...and I do have quite the addiction! :)
You're so sweet--I'm glad you liked this one! :)
I liked it a while back, but I really liked it when it became a sale item! haha!
I have dressed as Audrey for quite a few Halloweens--haha!
Oh gosh, Tiffers. You're making me blush like crazy. Running has really been good for me--and I can tell a difference in my body for sure--mostly in my legs. Thanks for the encouragement! I'll definitely keep going! ;)
I hope your half training is going well!
Thanks, Di! I am a big fan of black and white, but I think I tend to wear it with the same colors every time, so I'm trying to keep it mixed up!
I got them at Target! They've had them for a while, but I didn't decide to get them until a couple weeks ago...I think they still have them, too!
haha! I wore another fully Target outfit. Oh dear...I have quite the problem, don't I? ;)
