Today's Outfit:
What I Wore:
Skirt: Target - $18
Shoes: Old Navy - $22
Shirt: Old Navy - $4
Scarf: Target - $4
Earrings: Amazon.com - $8
Belt: Forever 21 - $6
Anytime I see bicycle print, it reminds me of my childhood obsession with the song "Bicycle" by Queen. That's all I really had to say about that. I just needed a cute, short, catchy blog title.
I wasn't quite sure what necklace to wear with this outfit--a short necklace looked strange with the neckline, and a long necklace didn't quite fit it either. I've worn this outfit with a long locket and a white v-neck, but I couldn't justify wearing a borderline too short skirt with a lower cut top to work...so...I turned to my scarf collection.
When I bought this skirt, I never pictured myself wearing it to work.
I justified wearing it today because our schedule consisted of standardized testing for the students and a lot of behind the scenes planning for all the events of next week (we have two special days set aside to celebrate world cultures and then we are going camping). The men got to dress more casually (meaning, no ties for most of them), so I decided that I would take the opportunity to dress comfortably for sitting all day (and for the 80+degree weather we're having--!).
What can I say...I want to wear it where I like...
XO,
W
PS: If you understood/caught that...was it too corny?

I just love the dash of color in this outfit and to add to it the color is red ... woooow ... thought it does not cover it all.
